Set against the world of fan conventions, cosplay competitions, road trips, and the friendships that make the community special, Cosplay/er follows four groups of passionate Florida cosplayers traveling to St. Pete Comic Con for one of the most anticipated weekends of the year. As excitement builds and the convention draws closer, something violent begins to unfold around them, turning a celebration of creativity and community into a fight for survival.

Blending slasher horror, suspense, mystery, and dark wit, Cosplay/er explores themes of identity, fandom, transformation, and fear through the unique lens of cosplay culture. Beneath the costumes, performances, and pageantry lies a suspense-driven story filled with memorable characters, unexpected twists, and growing danger.

Cosplay/er is more than a film. It's a community-driven project created with opportunities for fans, cosplayers, creators, and industry professionals to become part of the experience.
