What is your return window?
Unopened and unused items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Opened makeup, SFX supplies, cosmetics, prosthetics, and other hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you offer refunds?
No. The Cos Shop does not offer refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchanged for another product.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Just email us: Dewey@TheCosShop.com. Tell us the item(s) you're returning, including confirmation items are unopened and not damaged, and we'll provide instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
